Briskets & Chuck Roasts
Steaks (New York, Tenderloin or Rib-Eye)

Would be excellent for a Princess Beef chuck roast
Pour over brisket or chuck roast, top with 4 sliced onions. Cover tightly with foil or use a roasting pan with lid. Bake at 250° for 6 hours. Shred with a fork and serve with tortillas, etc.
