Hamburger Soup

½ lb Princess Beef
1 onion chopped
3 stalks celery diced
4 potatoes cubed
3 carrots diced
2 cups chopped cabbage-optional
2 16 oz cans tomatoes
1 cup corn-optional
¼ cup rice or noodles-optional
4-6 cups water
1 large bay leaf
2-3 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
pepper to taste

In a large pan, brown beef and onion. Drain well and add remaining ingredients. Soup should not be too thick. Add more water if needed. Bring to boil, lower heat
and simmer 1-1/2 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
