Italian Meatballs

Here is a recipe I found on the internet and tweaked to my liking. I make it quite frequently because everyone in the family likes it. I double the recipe and freeze half for another meal.

1 lb. Princess Ground Beef
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl.

Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes.
