Universal Tomato Sauce

Fresh parsley
Bay leaf
2 Lg. onions
Garlic
Celery, chopped
Carrot, chopped

Sauté above ingredients until limp and add:

2 – 28 oz. Whole Tomatoes
1 – 28 oz. Tomato Puree
2 6 oz. Tomato Paste
2 cups water

Brown 2 pounds Princess Ground Beef add to sauce and simmer.

Use as spaghetti sauce or layer with noodles, ricotta, spinach and mozzarella for EXCELLENT Lasagna!
