Brisket Birria

Would be excellent for a Princess Beef chuck roast or sirloin

Mix Marinade:
¼ cup chile powder
1 ½ cup cheap red wine
¼ cup wine vinegar
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 ½ teaspoons cumin
1 ½ teaspoons oregano
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pour over brisket, chuck roast or sirloin, top with 4 sliced onions. Cover tightly with foil or use a roasting pan with lid. Bake at 250° for 6 hours. Shred with a fork and serve with tortillas, etc.
