1 pkg. Princess round steak or sirloin
1 bottle of Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 beer
Mix hot sauce and beer together and pour over meat.
Marinate overnight.
Grill (see instructions on Cooking Tips main page) or broil slowly until done and cut into strips. Serve on tortillas with cheese, salsa, tomatoes, peppers, beans, etc.
